1. What exactly can be repaired?

We can repaired tears, cuts, scuffs, burns, pet damage in leather, vinyl, carpet and plastics. We use the most advanced colour matching technology available so that you receive the best repair possible. More importantly our repairs are insurance approved and offer as much as a 90% saving versus the cost of replacement.

2. How long will the repair/colour last?

This will depend entirely on how you care for your furniture. Much like new furniture, it will last longer if you follow a regular maintenance plan. Properly maintained you should expect our coatings to last as well as the original manufacturers coating. Our coatings have been tested to simulate a man of 150 kilos getting in and out of a Corvette seat 60,000 times over a four day period, and produced a zero failure rate.

3. Will the colour come off on my clothes?

No, unlike many repair companies we use pigments rather than dyes. We do not use dyes because they have no stability. They will fade and rub off on your clothes. Once refinished and dry our pigments and topcoats can withstand the abrasion of an electric sander with 240grit sandpaper.

4. Can I change the colour of my leather?

5. Do you offer and warranty on your services?

Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee on coatings.

6. How long does it take?

The length of time for each job varies greatly. However, as an example a complete refinish of a car interior will take approx 8-10 hours. A basic cigarette burn repair on a leather sofa will take approx 2-3 hours. For a more specific answer please contact us with your requirements.

7. Do you offer a professional cleaning sevice?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive leather & vinyl cleaning service for the automotive, marine, furniture and aviation markets. We can offer everything from a one off clean to a regular maintenance plan. Many people think that because leather is so durable they do not need to maintain it regularly, but that is incorrect. If you look after your leather regularly with the correct products it will give you a lifetime of service.

8. Can you remove ink from leather/vinyl?

Yes and No! this is a difficult question and depends on how long the ink has sat on the leather/vinyl and they type of leather/vinyl itself. As a rule of thumb if the ink has sat on the textile for more than 24 hours then it will not clean off. In this instance the only option available is to refinish the affected area with our OEM pigments.
